Payments may be made online, by phone, by mail or in person. Fines, fees, or court costs are due by the date set by the court (or the clerk's office).

Cash is accepted only if in person.
In lieu of cash payments, you may do community service in lieu of paying a criminal fine; your fine is paid off at the rate of $10 per hour of community service.
Use our payment lookup service to make a payment. This system will accept payments from Visa or MasterCard (debit or credit). There is a $6.25 fee for making payments online.
If you were sentenced to a fine and ordered to make monthly payments when you went to court, then you may be able to pay your fine over the phone.
To pay with our Automated Telephone payment system, call (866) 822-5176. This system will accept payments from Visa or MasterCard (debit or credit). Please note there is a $6.25 fee for making payments over the phone.
You will need your court docket number to pay using this option which is located at the top right-hand corner of your minute order or notice.

DO NOT MAIL CASH. Checks and money orders should be made payable to “SLO Superior Court”. To ensure your payment is credited to the correct case, please include the case or citation number. All checks must include the name, address and phone number of the person writing the check.
