Superior Court provides interpreters for all non-English speaking defendants, parties, and witnesses needed during courtroom proceedings.
If you are involved in a court proceeding, please ask the clerk at the counter or in the courtroom for an interpreter. If an interpreter is not available at the time of your hearing, your case may be continued by the court until an interpreter can be assigned.
Requests for Spanish Interpreters must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing; interpreters for ASL or any other language must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the hearing. Please note we may have difficulty procuring interpreters on short notice.
