Generally the same forms are used for filing a dissolution (divorce), legal separation, and nullity of a marriage or domestic partnership. (What's the difference?)

Policies and Procedures

We provide forms, information, and instructions so that your interaction with the court will go as smoothly as possible. The court will require you to comply with the usual policies and procedures - it is important that you know them. We have a copy of the Family Law Policy and Procedures Manual to help you.
