To schedule an Individual Appointment or a Divorce Workshop Appointment you must call (805) 788-2491 on Fridays from 8 am -12 pm.

Individual Appointments

We offer individual appointments in Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo.  You may schedule an individual appointment to talk about your case.  All scheduled appointments will take place at the Courthouse in Paso Robles located at 901 Park Street, Room 111 or the Court Support Services Building at 1120 Mill Street in San Luis Obispo.

Divorce Workshop

We offer Divorce Workshop appointments in Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo.  The Divorce Workshop will review all the forms you need to start or respond to your divorce case.  Legal advice will not be given in any case; only general information will be provided.

Customers will be given an opportunity to complete the forms as the workshop is conducted. We will also explain the steps you must follow to complete your case.

Walk-in Legal Clinic

Services: Assist with all family law issues including divorce, custody, visitation, child support, spousal support, legal separation, annulment, paternity, domestic violence and Department of Child Support Services cases.  We also assist in civil harassment, name change and guardianship cases.  We help people on a frist come first serve basis, so please arrive early.

San Luis Obispo Courthouse Hours and Location:  Wednesday and Thursdays, 8:30 am - 11:30 am at 1035 Palm Street, 3rd Floor Atrium, San Luis Obispo, CA 93408.  Beginning Wednesday, October 14, 2009 our Walk-In Clinic will be moving to a new location in the San Luis Obispo Courthouse on the 2nd Floor in Department 11.  Please note that due to our State's budget crisis, our office will be closed on the 3rd Wednesday of every month.  In addition, the Walk-In Legal Clinic will be closed on Thursday, December 24, 2009.

Paso Robles Courthouse Hours and Location: Tuesdays, 8:30 am - 11:30 am and 1:30 pm - 4 pm at 901 Park Street, Paso Robles, CA 93446.  Please sign-in and complete registration forms located in Room 117 then wait for the next available staff person.

Walk-In Child Support Clinic

Services:  Assist with child support issues only.  We help people on a frist come first serve basis, so please arrive early.

San Luis Obispo Courthouse Hours and Location:  Wednesdays, 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm at the Court Support Services Building located at 1120 Mill Street, Ste. A, San Luis Obispo, CA 93408.  Please note that due to our State's budget crisis, our office will be closed the 3rd Wednesday of every month.  In addition, the Walk-In Child Support Clinic will be closed on Wednesday, December 23, 2009,

2009 Schedule Changes

Beginning January 5, 2009, our office hours changed.  The new office hours include a Walk-In Legal Clinic at the Paso Robles Courthouse on Tuesdays.  In addition, the Walk-In Legal Clinic at the San Luis Obispo Courthouse is now open only on Wednesday and Thursdays.

Beginning October 14, 2009 our Walk-In Legal Clinic in the San Luis Obispo Courthouse will be in a new location on the 2nd Floor in Department 11.

Beginning September 16, 2009 the Court, including our office, will be closed the 3rd Wednesday of every month due to our State's budget crisis.

Our office will closed the afternoon of December 23rd and all day on December 24th and 25th.
